The City of Harrisburg is soliciting milling services (prior to paving) for various locations throughout the City of Harrisburg. Questions Due: July 5, 2023 Milling City Streets Scope and Requirements The City will provide 2-week notice to the contractor regarding the time and location of needed milling services. Milling areas will be marked by the City in white at least 3 days prior and not more than 2 weeks prior to the contractor mobilizing onto the project Contractor must make all necessary PA One Call notifications. Anticipate Milling areas and depths are provided in Appendix B. Appendix B is for estimating purposes only. Payment will be made based on the square yards of the area milled.
