This project is estimated at $5,620,000.00. Question Cutoff Date: 7/7/2023 03:00 PM (ET) The City of Plano is soliciting the removal and reconstruction of reinforced concrete pavement on residential streets, alleys and sidewalks, in the area within and around Hedgcoxe Road, Prescott Drive, Hoblitzelle Park, Red River Drive, USA Drive and Custer Road . A BID BOND or a CASHIERS CHECK in the amount of 5% of the amount bid must be received by The City of Plano Purchasing Division prior to the published bid closing date/time. Delivery address: City of Plano Purchasing Division 1520 Avenue K, Suite 370 Plano, TX 75074 If you are responding electronically, a scanned copy of the Bid Bond must be received by the City of Plano PRIOR TO the published bid closing date/time. Bid Bonds may be submitted by uploading a scanned copy into Ionwave. The City will require the presumed awardee to furnish the original bid bond within 24 hours of the request by the Purchasing Department. The bid bond will need to be provided on the City's Bid Bond form that is included in this solicitation. The amount for liquidated damages is anticipated to be $1,000.00 for each day work remains incomplete after the time specified.
