Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Dickson City, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Scope of Work: The work on this project will include but is not limited to the milling, base repair, and overlay of existing roads. There is approximately 8,706 square yards of Borough roads contained within this project, including (2) alternates. Bidders' proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, certified bank treasurers check, bank cashier's check or bid bond in the form provided in the Contract Documents. A satisfactory corporation surety shall provide security in an amount equal to 10% of the base bid. A no-lien agreement will be required to be signed and filed by the contractor before any work begins on the project. Notice is hereby given that the project for which construction proposals are being solicited hereby is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act of October 27, 1955, P.L. 744, and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act 442 of August 15, 1961, as amended on August 9, 1963. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any or all irregularities, mistakes, omission informalities relative thereto. **BIDDERS MUST OBTAIN THEIR OWN SET OF DOCS FROM KBA IN ORDER TO BE AN ELIGIBLE BIDDER. ** Questions received less than Seven (7) working days before the bid opening will not be answered.
