CR#: 2136203 The work of this single bid project includes the replacement of (2) absorption chillers with (2) 2,000-ton centrifugal chillers installed at grade, install 15kV to 480V electrical infrastructure, extend interior equipment platform, construct an exterior structural support rack to route conduit from new 480V transformers and into the building. Scope also includes refrigeration detection, refrigerant exhaust, and general plant exhaust, a HTHW burner replacement and miscellaneous site and architectural improvements to facilitate the mechanical and electrical infrastructure improvements. Provide temporary chillers.
