The project includes but is not limited to: excavation and disposal of materials offsite, importing and placing of granular fills, topsoil and seeding, conducting asphalt milling and paving, installing concrete curb gutter, lane marking, Sierrascape and Lockblock (Texturlock) retaining walls, traffic and advanced warning signal and streetlighting.
