As of May 23, 2025, an architect and a construction manager at risk has been awarded. Construction began on April 21, 2025 and is expected to be completed by end of year 2025. Construction Manager firm information has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: South Central Local School District ( School District ) issues this Request for Qualifications to provide architectural and engineering services in accordance with the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Section 153.65 et seq. for its District Athletic Complex Project to be located on the property of South Central High School, 3305 Greenwich Angling Road, Greenwich, Ohio 44837. The professional design firm selected shall provide all services for the design and engineering of the Project. The School District seeks submission of qualifications from design professionals interested in performing the work and to provide with such response, information regarding its competence to perform the required services as indicated by the technical training, education and experience of the professional design services firm, its personnel and key consultants, especially the technical training, education and experience of the employees and consultants of the professional design firm who will be assigned to perform the services including the proposed architect or engineer of record for the Project. All responses shall be evaluated in accordance with the requirements of Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.66 and 153.69. Upon receipt of submissions, the School District may hold discussions with individual firms to explore further the firm s Statement of Qualifications, scope and nature of the services the firm will provide and the various technical approaches the firm may take toward the Project.
