The City of Ridgefield is seeking bids from highly qualified contractors to provide all labor, supplies, equipment and materials for the improvement of Royle Road from approximately 460 LF north of S 15th Street north to the Legacy Town Center entrance. This project constructs roadway including excavation, embankment construction, paving with HMA and concrete, curb, sidewalk, stormwater collection/conveyance/treatment, water main, signing, striping, illumination, landscape improvements, retaining walls, joint utility trench. All work shall be in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The Work shall be fully complete within 266 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed. All project or contract language specific questions, requests for substitutions or changes, or requests for clarification must be submitted via the City's e-Procurement Portal, located at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/ridgefieldwa by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023. Incomplete or late inquiries may not be considered. The City's e-Procurement Portal Clock is the official clock for the determination of all deadline dates and times. Without exception, responses will not be accepted after the submission deadline regardless of any technical difficulties such as poor internet connections. The City strongly recommends completing your response well ahead of the deadline. Bids received by fax or E-mail will not be accepted.
