Hamlin Road, Rochester Hills, Michigan The City of Rochester Hills wishes to obtain proposals from qualified contractor(s) to provide demolition services to completely demolish one (1) home that has been used as an office building for Borden Park and all related services. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for demolition including removal and disposal of debris, and site restoration including fill and grading the site. The city of rochester hills reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary for demolition including removal and disposal of debris, and site restoration including fill and grading the site. An asbestos containing materials inspection and preliminary lead paint evaluations have been completed by ASTI on behalf of the City and is located Attachment A for interested contractors to review. The results were no asbestos was found in the office Building Size 1 1\2 story, approximately 1,432 square feet with deck (144 square feet) to be removed Roof Wood frame construction, peaked roofs, asphalt shingles Exterior Walls Wood frame, brick, siding House Description Crawl space 560 square feet Utilities All utilities are to be disconnected. The City will order shut offs. City sewer and water (and well if any) to be closed and capped per the City of Rochester Hills requirements and Oakland County Health Department, as applicable. Other Improvements All debris and material on property from demolition to be removed Heating/AC Natural Gas Forced Air Furnaces Exterior Per the map and photos identified as Attachment B and included in the RFP, remove concrete, trees (including stumps), shrubbery (including stumps), and south fencing Shortlist Confirmed.
