Q & A deadline: Jul 21, 2023 5:00:00 PM CT This work will consist of the construction of emergency bypass pumping system including suction and discharge connections, 671 LF of 36-inch discharge pipeline including fittings, connection to existing 30-inch and 16-inch water mains in Kimbel Kourt, temporary 36-inch and 48- inch line stops to facilitate the work, pump staging area with concrete pavement, the installation of meter and vault on existing 24-inch water main, the installation of plug valve and vault on the existing 36" water main located below the floor within the existing pump station building, 48-inch and 36-inch gate valves to replace existing valves, yard piping, underground electrical conduit repair including temporary service, 8' black vinyl coated fence replacement, irrigation repair and erosion control, and all appurtenant work as laid out and described in the construction plans. The work will be phased such that the bypass pipelines are to be completely tested and in service before valve replacement can begin, including temporary bypass pumps for the duration of the valve replacement work. Work shall include all components necessary for the "turnkey" construction of the project and related improvements as shown in the plans for Project No. WA 20-02.
