The PLCB seeks waste disposal services primarily for its distribution centers in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and its e-commerce fulfillment center in East Greenville. The PLCB seeks appropriate disposal of both alcohol and non-alcohol merchandise through this engagement as product is identified as damaged, expired, mislabeled or otherwise unsellable or unusable. Merchandise may include cases of alcohol product, containers such as gaylords, corrugate, and/or shrink wrapping. The PLCB seeks an Offeror to pick up, transport, and dispose of such merchandise on both regularly scheduled and as-needed bases, in compliance with all applicable Commonwealth and federal laws, regulations and other requirements regarding waste disposal. A majority of merchandise for disposal will be beverage alcohol.
