The furnishing and installation of ductile iron pipe, buried and exposed, as shown on the drawings 2. concrete and concrete repairs as shown on the drawings and associated with Clearwell 1 rehabilitation 3. the furnishing and installation of process valves as shown on the drawings 4. the inspection and repair of Clearwell 1 as instructed by Owner/Engineer on a unit price basis. 5. mobilization and demobilization 6. clearing, grubbing, earthwork, seeding, and erosion control 7. site grading 8. miscellaneous appurtenances 9. safety systems 10. items of construction work and/or materials not specifically addressed herein, but nonetheless required for a complete, operating, and acceptable installation of the work, shall be considered subsidiary to the lump sum bid item, and the cost thereof shall be considered to be included.
