Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Mahwah, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; road / highway; and road / highway.
Demolish all existing landscaping (bushes, plantings, ground cover and trees, including roots) site furniture and paving, including electrical, and plumbing. Provide all excavation, backfill and compaction, required for retaining wall, plantings and pavings. Install new retaining wall, trees, pavings and landscaping Bidder shall submit with the bid an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful Bidder's contract. If the Bidder is to submit a certified check, or cashier's check it must be received at the Division of Purchasing no later than the time stated above at 1 Bergen County Plaza, Rm 370, Hackensack NJ 07601 Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the "Prevailing Wage Act" Question Deadline 07/06/2023 at 12:00 PM ET
