Daily services Vacuum carpeted areas Empty trash and replace trash liners. Dust and clean light fixtures and furniture; sanitize workstation surfaces (i.e., desks, coffee tables, phones etc.) Wipe and disinfect doorknobs. Re-stock paper towels and/or toilet paper rolls (where dispensers are present) Clean and sanitize all restrooms & sinks (suite 400 and meter shop) Restock soap dispenser. Sweep and mop non-carpeted floors. Wipe down break room tables. Wipe down desks and furniture. Spot clean and sanitize walls. Sanitize conference room tables (suite 400, 401, & 403) Vacuum upholstered chairs. Clean interior glass and mirrors Clean and sanitize appliances (includes microwaves, toasters etc.) Weekly services Spot clean carpets (as needed) Dust horizontal and/or vertical surfaces (more than 6 ft high) Spot clean upholstered chairs. Monthly services Interior windows. Refrigerators cleaned and sanitized. Yearly services Carpet cleaning The square footage of each space is as follows: Suite 400 approx. 5,449 rentable sq. ft Suite 401 approx. 3,732 rentable sq. ft Suite 403 approx. 3,001 rentable sq. ft Meter shop approx. 989 rentable sq ft.
