Overview: The 58 OSS would like to replace the existing audio/video (A/V) system supporting the 58 OSS auditorium, with an updated A/V solution that allows for the display/projection of both unclassified and classified data, as well as the ability to broadcast and receive unclassified audio and video through Microsoft TEAMs-type collaboration tools. Government issued laptops as well as personal laptops or tablets are the primary source of A/V broadcast/control. This project is focused on securing the equipment and enhancing the audio/video production capabilities by refreshing the outdated audio and video equipment with a modern, effective, turn-key solution in accordance with appropriate replacement intervals commensurate with the expected longevity of hardware and technology replacement needs. Moreover, updating the systems would vastly improve functionality and capability, providing more flexibility and better quality to support 58 SOW mission requirements as well as, provide the ability to run unclassified collaborative briefings. : This contract includes removal and replacement of existing AV equipment and cabling in the 58 OSS auditorium in building located at on Kirtland AFB, NM. This project requires systems engineering, materials, integration, installation, testing of A/V systems and a 1-year warranty for parts and installation. Installed A/V hardware will support the individual user via local or remote solutions. Lastly, the delivered A/V systems shall be fully 4Kcompatible and capable of unclassified video teleconferences via collaborative software solutions such as Microsoft TEAMS with outside parties that need to virtually attend briefings.
