Work Included: 1. Contractor shall comply with the following requirements concerning scope and work restrictions. 2. If the Contractor believes that meeting the restrictions in this section would cause a delay to the intended schedule, they shall issue an RFI requesting specific modifications to that specific Work Restriction that would permit construction to continue without delay and indicating the reasons for the request. If construction proceeds without meeting any of the restriction requirements or obtaining approval for a modification of these requirements, the Contractor shall be responsible for all costs associated with removing and replacing all construction that occurred in violation of the Work Restrictions, if directed to by the Architect, without any increase in approved construction costs or schedule for the project. Construct New Elementary School #19 as well as associated sitework, roadways, parking, and utilities work. Question Cutoff Date: 7/12/2023 06:00 PM (ET) Prior to the final selection, Proposers may be required to submit additional information, which the District may deem necessary to further evaluate the Proposer's qualifications. All addenda will be published through the District's online bidding platform. No addenda will be faxed or mailed. The District reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum. Procurement results will become available after approval by the Board of Trustees. As of the issuance date of this solicitation and continuing until the final date for submission of proposals, contact with Prosper ISD employees, except for staff members of the Purchasing Department, is strictly prohibited. All personnel representing Prosper ISD are specifically directed not to hold meetings, conferences or technical discussions with any vendor for purposes of responding to this solicitation. Any vendor found to be acting in any way contrary to this directive will be disqualified from entering into any contract that may result from this solicitation.
