Site work for a road / highway in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of Landscape, and Irrigation in Sunterra Section 34. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond and a payment bond each in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract Price. The successful bidder must also provide a one-year (1) Maintenance Bond for one hundred (100) percent of the cost of the construction of the improvements that will be owned by [insert name of the District. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid The successful bidder must also provide a one-year (1) Maintenance Bond for one hundred (100) percent The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive all defects and irregularities in bidding or bidding process except time of submitting a Bid. Owner reserves the right to award the Bid, at Owner's discretion, based on the amount of the total base bid (without including "Extra Unit Price Items" or "alternate" bid items) or on the amount of the total amount bid (including "Extra Unit Price Items" or "alternate" bid items), or based on any other combination, means or method determined appropriate by Owner.
