Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Independence, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,400-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility.
Furnish and install a metal building on concrete foundation at 27 Peach Drive, Independence Kentucky. The size of the building will be 40'x60'x14', include (3) 9'x9' garage doors, (4) 3'x4' windows, and (1) 36" service door. Two tone color scheme to be determined. Question Submission Deadline:July 20, 2023, 12:00pm Each bid proposal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The bid guaranty may be by bid bond or certified check made payable to the City. The bid bond shall be from a responsible surety qualified to conduct business within the State of Kentucky. A certified check shall be issued from a responsible and solvent bank or trust company. A copy of the bid security shall be uploaded via the 's eProcurement Portal and the original bid security must be submitted upon request. It is anticipated that the site will be ready for installation by August 14, 2023 It is the City's intention that the project is completed no later than September 30, 2023
