**As of August 25 2023, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed.** Scope of work to include the following:45' poles to be replaced; various locations in the village ;Job 1Pole 5 James St New class 3 - 45' pole, 75KVA transformer, and hardware. From Pole 9 James St to Pole 4 James ;Replace open 3 wire with 4/0 AL triplex Transfer all secondary services Job 2Market StPole 4 install a span guy to Pole 4A1Pole 4A1 to Pole 4A2 replace open 3 wire with 2/0 AL triplex Remove open 3 wire from pole 4A2 to pole 4A3Relocate pole 4A3 to the yard of 38 Paine St *new pole*Eliminate pole 4A4Contractor will supply a list of materials needed, 4 to 6 weeks prior to start of work, must include what type of material is needed for backfill Contractor is responsible for picking up all materials @ 50 Cohoes Avenue, and delivering to job site Contractor is responsible for all traffic controls and safety procedures Contractor must notify GIPA if an outage is needed, to provide adequate time to customers This Project Must Be Completed in Full by November 30, 2023.
