Site work and paving for a civil project in Fitchburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Project involves, but is not limited to, Installation of approximately 350 linear feet of 30" RCP storm sewer, approximately 100 linear feet of 24" RCP, approximately 10 linear feet of 18" RCP, approximately 80 linear feet of 15" RCP, and approximately 10 linear feet of 12" RCP. Work will also include installation of precast storm sewer manholes, curb inlets, removal and replacement of concrete curb & gutter, removal and replacement of concrete sidewalk, asphalt pavement removal, approximately 320 tons of asphaltic pavement, erosion and sediment control measures, traffic control, and restoration. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount five percent (5%) of the Bid, payable to the Treasurer of the City of Fitchburg, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if the Bid is accepted, will execute and file the proposed Agreement and Bonds within 15 days after award of the Contract. The Bid Bond or Certified Check is returnable to the Bidder immediately after the signing of the Agreement and the acceptance of the Performance and Payment Bonds by the City of Fitchburg or rejection of bid. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS A Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the total bid price, together with an executed Agreement in form prescribed by the City of Fitchburg, will be required of the successful Bidder for each project.
