The Port of Vancouver is seeking responses to this solicitation from consultants for the purpose of developing agreements to perform On Call Architectural Design Services. The objective of this solicitation is to evaluate and select 2-4 firms to enter into an agreement for up to five years or through completion of any projects in progress. Frequently, the port has need of services for tenant improvements and modifications to address new and existing tenant needs. A typical estimated task order fee for these consultant services is expected to range from $10,000 to $100,000, however; larger projects may develop under this contract.
