New construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Rockledge, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,732-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and 2,308-square-foot playground / park / athletic field.

Scope of Work: Brevard County, Florida is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms to perform Construction Management services for the construction of the Veteran s Park Amphitheater Complex located in Merritt Island. This project will be administered by Brevard County Public Works Department/Facilities on behalf of the Merritt Island Redevelopment Agency (MIRA) This project will be administered by Brevard County Public Works Department/Facilities on behalf of the Merritt Island Redevelopment Agency (MIRA). Scope of work shall include construction management services for the construction of a newly designed 6,732 square foot Amphitheater and a 2,308 square foot Combination Restroom Concession Structure. Construction will be completed per the Engineered Design Drawing of Architectural Firm Rood and Zwick and Civil Engineer Group DRMP. The construction will include all civil work of the infrastructures needed to support the two buildings including, but not limited to, potable water supply, fire line, sewer lines including a lift station, storm water retention and piping, electrical service to support the buildings amenities and site lighting. Landscaping and sod installation will be included. Construction is also needed for a new entrance road and parking (asphalt and stabilized grass). It is preferred that construction management services commence by October 1, 2023. Currently, the site plan permitting is in progress, and the St. Johns River Water Management District (hereafter, “SJRWMD”) permit application has been submitted. Questions due by 7/21/2023, 5:00pm.
