Prevailing wages are required on this project. Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in the Bid Document - Project Manual. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidders bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. Dakota County reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. Owners representative is Joe Lexa - 651-438-4566. The Owner requires Substantial Completion of the project by March 21, 2024. Questions are due Wednesday July 12, 4PM.
