The scope of work subject to this RFP involves construction management and inspection services asrequested by the City. The services provided will be for a variety of project types including but not limited to new and existing infrastructure, private and public development subdivisions, roadways, capital improvement projects. The services will be on an on-call, asneeded basis. The work assigned will vary; there is no commitment by the City to assign any particular amount of work or number of projects to the Contractor. The City, at the discretion of the City Engineer and/or Director of Public Services, may request additional proposals from other Contractors for any projects undertaken by the City. Contractor will ensure that for each project assignment, Contractor's employees are familiar with the project, have adequate knowledge, skills, abilities, and qualifications including licenses, if applicable, to perform the inspection services, and ensure Contractor's staff participates in the project close out.
