Site work for a water / sewer project in Huntington, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Contract #3 The Kyle Lane to Cox Landing Sanitary Sewer Extension consists of approximately 1,660 LF of 10" PVC gravity sewer line, 6,200 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer line, 2,250 LF of 6" PVC gravity sewer line, 2,100 LF of 8" DIP gravity sewer line, 220 LF of 6" DIP gravity sewer line, 1,400 LF of 1-1/2" HDPE Forcemain, 230 LF of 1-1/4" HDPE Forcemain, 2,000 LF of 4" PVC forcemain, 950 LF of 2-1/2" PVC forcemain, 1 EA Grinder Pump Station, 70 manholes, 115 cleanouts, surface restoration, and all other appurtenances for a complete and operational project. The Work will be substantially completed within: Contract #3 - 270 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and ready for final payment within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Pea Ridge Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. Liquidated damages shall be $1,500 per day. Question Deadline 07/26/2023
