Reference Number 0000324067 Sweetwater Authority (Authority) is seeking on-call contracts with General Civil Engineering consultants (Consultant) to assist the Authority on an on-call basis to support its general engineering and capital improvement programs, as required. The Authority invites your firm to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), including hourly rates as a stand-alone document, in response to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ), listing its qualifications to provide general civil engineering consulting services including the tasks described in the scope of work. The work will be for facilities located, or facilities to be located, within the Authoritys service area and the Loveland Reservoir property area located near Alpine in San Diego County. Enclosed, as Attachment A, is a map that illustrates the Authoritys service area boundaries. The Authority encourages participation by local, small, and/or disadvantaged businesses.
