This project will be bid to General Contractors only. Major scope of work items will include, but shall not be limited to, the following: 1) Concrete Foundations and Slabs. 2) Steel Structure. 3) Masonry and Metal Panel exterior walls. 4) Hollow Metal doors and overhead doors. 5) Storefront Windows 6) Roofing. 7) Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing 8) Site work. Anticipated Award of Contract date: August 9, 2023 Anticipated Start of Construction: October 1, 2023 Anticipated Substantial Completion date: August 16, 2024 Bid security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, or cash in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid.
