Site work and paving for a road / highway in Puyallup, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Work includes street patch reconstruction of the intersection of 12th Street SW & W Pioneer Ave including grind and overlay, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, concrete driveway entrances, concrete curb ramps, and new traffic signals and illumination poles. Other work elements include approximately 25 linear feet of 8-inch storm sewer, removal of an underground storage tank (UST), and removal/disposal of petroleum-impacted soils. The Engineer's estimated range for this project is between $650,000 and $900,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. All work shall be completed within fifty five (55) working days of receiving a Notice to Proceed. Time extensions may be granted for rainfall days that prevent work that is already in progress.
