Duration of the contract and period of work: By submitting prices, bidders undertake to provide the goods services or perform the work described in the call for tenders document for the contractual period of the contract. Work period: The word period (snow removal season) extends from October !5 to the last precipitation of snow or rain accompanied by frost on the ground. It therefore begins on October 1 at 00:00:01 a.m. As such, the Co-contractor is responsible for removing snow that fell before October 15th. He must thus complete the clearing(de-icing and clearing work) required by any snowfall.
