Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Olympia, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of constructing multi-modal corridor improvements along 4th Avenue from Chestnut Street to Plum Street. Questions related to this RFQ shall be submitted in writing to Randy Wesselman, Project Manager, via email at rwesselm@ci.olympia.wa.us. Questions via telephone will not be accepted. All questions to this RFQ must be received by January 23, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Questions received after this date may not be answered. All global questions will be addressed on the Builders Exchange of Washington website
