Questions Due By: Date: 07/18/2023 by 4:00 p.m. (By Email only) All bids shall be signed & dated in ink in the space provided as follows: A person having such legal authority from said firm, partnership or corporation must sign bids and the person signing the bid shall provide their name and title, in addition to the name and address of the firm, partnership or corporation. The County will select the lowest qualified bid and prepare a Contract to be executed by all parties. Work is expected to start two (2) weeks after contracts are fully executed. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to: Repair selected existing exterior steps and platforms. Rebuild selected existing exterior steps and platforms. Repair and refurbish existing masonry foundation walls.
