CR Number:2098686 The Department requires the services of a Chief Stationary Engineer, a Stationary Engineer and Porter to oversee the operations of all the Building Systems including, but not limited to, HVAC, Security, Lighting Controls, Card Access, plumbing, electrical, and the Building Management System (BMS); and perform other required services such as minor repairs and routine maintenance work at their 250 Schermerhorn Street; Brooklyn, NY location. Any Stationary Engineers working under this contract must have a NYC Stationary Engineer licenses as required by the State of New York. The Chief Stationary Engineer that will be working under this contract must be present at the mandatory Site Visit and must present all his/her active and appropriate licenses to the NYSDOL representative. Within the bid response, all Bidders must present the names of the primary Stationary Engineers that will be assigned to this contract and provide copies of each individuals active NYC Stationary Engineer license. The Porter must be qualified to perform various services as specified in Section 3 in IFB Z-75.
