Site work for a water / sewer project in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Projects must include channel construction, and installation of j-hooks and toe wood structures. The project consists of installation of aquatic improvements on the Yampa River at the Chuck Lewis State Wildlife Area including but not limited to: channel grading and boulder and wood structures. A five-percent (5%) Bid Bond, certified check, or cashier's check is required with bid proposals of $50,000.00 or more. Contractor Questions: All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Tyler Jacox at Tyler.Jacox@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is September 5, 2023 at 10:00. NOTICE OF AWARD September 15, 2023 (Tentative NOTICE TO PROCEED October 10, 2023 (Tentative) SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION November 15, 2024 (Tentative) PERFORMANCE BOND, LABOR AND MATERIAL BOND: The successful bidder shall furnish a bond in the amount of 100%
