Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The work is generally located along Xavier Dr between Northview Dr and The Heights, and College St near Malcolm Ct. Work includes: removal of existing materials in areas designated, the installation of 2 new catch basin systems, approximately 326m of concrete curb in the areas noted, approximately 315m2 of 1.5m wide x 150mm thick concrete sidewalk, as well as all reinstatement, tactile plates, and required traffic control measures. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all quotes based on: changes to the approach to the work, required bid submissions, organizational and perceived liability considerations, the financial suitability of proceeding with the execution of the work, individual tenderer's level of experience, available personnel and equipment, the Owner's perception of the impact of performance on similar projects, or potential performance problems in keeping schedule targets. The Town reserves the right to omit portions of the work should it be deemed necessary for overall financial reasons. Estimated Duration of Contract (months) 2
