This is a single-phase, Design/Bid/Build, 100% Full and Open (Unrestricted) procurement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 19.1307, this project requires the HUBZone 10% price evaluation. Site Visit information for this project is available in FAR Clause 52.236-27 ALT I.
