Renovation of a municipal facility in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Liquidated Damages: The amount of liquidated damages for this project shall be One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) per consecutive calendar day. Contract Period: This agreement shall be for the period as specified in the Notice to Proceed, and is to be completed within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Rule for Award: The Contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, and eligible bidder offering the lowest bid price. Bid Surety: A Bid Deposit is required in the amount of five percent (5%) of the approximate total value of the bid based upon the bid price, and if applicable, the estimated quantities as shown on the Bid Form price schedule. Such Bid Deposit shall be in the form of a Cashier's, Certified or Bank Treasurer's check payable to the Town of Plymouth, or a bid bond from a licensed surety company authorized to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The Bid Deposit of the successful bidder will be returned upon execution of the Contract. All others will be returned upon Contract award.
