The successful bidder will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and skill required to complete the project Bids must be accompanied by the electronic verified Bidder's Bond payable without recourse to Three Rivers Park District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. A Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the full amount of the Contract Sum, will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after bids are opened.
