Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident, as defined in ORS 279A.120. Bids are to be submitted on the Bid Form and placed in a sealed envelope marked "Bid for Sodium Hypochlorite 2023"; Attention Matt Severloh, Water Treatment Plant Supervisor, 200 South Ivy Street - Room 177, Medford, Oregon, 97501. Medford Water does not guarantee any amount of work as a result of this Invitation to Bid. Medford Water reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in a bid or in the opening, select one or more vendors, and may cancel the procurement in accordance with ORS 279B.100. Award of the procurement will be subject to approval of the Board of Water Commissioners. Document Acquisition: Printed Bid Documents will not be mailed by Medford Water. Do not include excise tax. No charges for packing or drayage, or for any other purpose, will be allowed over and above the prices quoted herein. Bid price shall be FOB delivered and include delivery costs to the destinations as stated in the Bid Form. Bidders who obtain their Bid Documents only from or by means other than the Medford Water website, are responsible for ensuring they have all Addenda; they will not be registered or appear on the list of planholders and will not receive notifications from Medford Water regarding this Invitation to Bid.
