This project includes the following work: Provide and construct a new commercial pre-engineered metal building with approximate footprint of 2,800 square feet to accommodate public works equipment bays, wash bay, office room, restroom, and storage area at 116 South 2nd Street in Nyssa as specified in the plans and contract documents. Project also includes a separate storage and covered parking structure, storm water mitigation, an outdoor wash bay pad, and street improvements.
