Site work and paving for a road / highway in Snow Lake, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work is located on Poplar Avenue and Wekusko Drive within the Town of Snow Lake. Paving and resurfacing required is 170m long by 9m wide on Poplar Avenue, starting at the intersection of Poplar Avenue and Highway 392, and 80m long by 9m wide on Wekusko Drive, starting at the intersection of Wekusko Drive and Poplar Avenue. Additional patching in other areas of Town may be authorized by Council depending on budgetary availability for the project. Please include pricing for additional patching or spot repairs in addition to the above scope of work. The Municipality reserves the right to stage the work. The Contractor shall submit a schedule after the Contract has been awarded showing all aspects of the work from mobilization to final restoration. The project shall start no later than September 15, 2023 and be completed no later than October 15, 2023. At the time of execution of the Contract the successful Bidder shall submit a certified copy of a comprehensive policy of public liability and property damage insurance in the minimum amount of $1,000,000.00 naming the Municipality as an additional insured.
