Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wayne Township, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Notice is hereby given that for furnishing labor and materials required for the paving of Bauer, No. 5, Manilla and, portions of Roudebush Road in Wayne Township according to specifications on file with the Township Maintenance Supervisor, Jason Browning. Questions can be directed to the Maintenance Supervisor, Jason Browning at 513-276-1201. Bids requested by order of the Wayne Township Board of Trustees. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid price. Attention is directed to the special statutory provisions (R.C. 4115.03, et seq.) governing prevailing wages to be paid to laborers and mechanics employed on public improvements. Bids are to be submitted on a ton laid basis. The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder determined by the Wayne Township Board of Trustees. The Board of Wayne Township Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
