The specifications contained herein are intended to cover the furnishing and delivery of door hardware, locks, keys, closures and exit devices described herein to be delivered to various Montgomery County Public Schools, (MCPS) locations throughout Montgomery County, Maryland as detailed below and/or specified on each purchase order. The Board ofEducation reserves the right to reject any or all bids in whole or in part; to make partial awards, to waive any irregularity in any quotation; to increase or decrease quantities if quantities are listed in the bid; to reject any bid that shows any omissions, alterations ofform, and additions, conditions, or alternate proposals not called for; and to make any such award as is deemed to be in the best interests ofthe Board of Education. Inquires must be submitted in writing no later than four business days prior to bid opening date.
