The work shall consist of a 1/2 scratch course with a 1.5 single course HMA overlay for the entire width of the pavement from POB to the POE for both ramps. The guardrail on the northbound entrance ramp will be adjusted once the overlay work has bee completed. This project takes place on the NB entrance ramp and SB exit ramps on US-127BR at Mission in the City of Mt Pleasant, Union Township, Isabella County. The northbound entrance ramp work will begin with the butt joint construction at approximately 50 south of the pavement change, which is approximately 560 feet north of the roundabout and continue northerly to the overpass at SB US-127. The southbound exit ramp work will begin with the butt joint construction at approximately 50 south of the pavement change, which is approximately 580 feet north of the roundabout and continue northerly to approximately 50 north of the pavement change where the 50 butt joint transition will end, which will be approximately 30 feet south of the ramp gore. The Mt. Pleasant TSC is requesting bids for HMA overlay on north and south bound US-127BR ramps, north end of Mt Pleasant, in the City of Mt Pleasant, Union Township, Isabella County.
