As of November 17, 2023, the RFP has been cancelled. Further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. A detailed scope has not yet been released. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The project includes the design, engineering, and construction of the housing for Wells #5 and #6 and the associated water treatment plant to process and distribute clean and potable water to the town's residents and businesses, tying into the existing water utility system. The expectation is for the construction of a 500,000 gallon CROM tank to fulfill the Town's water needs. The Town has obtained funding necessary to complete the project from St. John's River Water Management District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the State of Florida. Questions Due to the Town (in writing via e-mail) July 14, 2023 The Town intends for the Project to be completed within a period of eighteen months from the Notice to Proceed.
