Renovation of a municipal facility in Freehold, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The work to be performed under this contract shall be to furnish, deliver and install a new heat exchanger for AERCO Boiler at the Monmouth County Public Safety Center. All materials and machinery needed to complete the work shall be provided by the vendor. The County will not provide a gantry crane and the vendor should be prepared to provide such. Awarded vendor will be expected to perform all work necessary to furnish, deliver, and install the new heat exchanger, including but not necessarily limited to the following: 1. Isolate and drain the boiler 2. Disconnect the gas, electric, water inlet, and water outlet piping from the boiler 3. Remove the burner, blower assembly, gas train, and front panel of the boiler 4. Move the boiler off of the pad 5. Rig with gantry crane the old heat exchanger off of the skid 6. Rig with gantry crane the new heat exchanger onto the skid 7. Move the boiler back into place 8. Re-install the burner, blower assembly, gas train, and front panel 9. Reconnect all water piping, gas piping, and electric 10. Turn boiler unit on to test 11. Check and adjust the gas and combustion calibration 12. Remove and dispose of the old heat exchanger 13.
