Demolition and site work for a hospitality development in Clinton, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a hospitality development; and for site work for a hospitality development.
This demolition work excludes the Glancy Motel Sign. The successful bidder will furnish all necessary materials, equipment, machinery, superintendence, labor, insurance All bidders shall accompany their bids with a Cashiers or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to the Owner, Bid Bond from a reliable Surety in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted as a guaranty with in twenty (20) days after notice to Award of Contract. Bids without the required check or bid bond will not be considered The successful bidder must also furnish Bonds (Payment and Performance) in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. Once awarded, a Pre- Construction meeting will occur prior to the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
