Description

Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Eastover, South Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of November 1, 2023, a design team has been identified. Richland County is seeking proposals from engineering firms who can demonstrate their experience in planning, designing, bidding, and construction management for an expansion of the Eastover Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The existing plant is rated at 1.2 MGD, and the expansion will be 1.3 MGD for a total capacity of 2.5 MGD. The plant is located at 199 Wateree Station Road, Eastover, SC, 29044. Questions Due Date: Jul 24th 2023, 4:00 PM EDT Design Project is expected to be October 25, 2023 - August 20, 2024. Project is expected to Bid September 19, 2024 Construction is expected November 30, 2024 through June 1, 2026.
