Bidding and construction is estimated to take place in the next 6 months. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Palisades Interstate Park Commission anticipates the award of federal funding from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for the design and reconstruction of Dyckman Hill Entrance Roadway and Henry Hudson Drive within Palisades Interstate Park in New Jersey. The Palisades Interstate Park Commission (PIPC) is soliciting requests for qualifications from Professional Engineering Firms to assist PIPC in the following: a) developing a final engineering report, and b) subsequent engineering design, bid package development, and construction inspection services for the project in compliance with all applicable federal requirements and regulations under the FEMA program. Payment terms will be negotiated with the selected firm, and a comprehensive listing of each firms fee maximums and/or percentage cost schedule shall be included with each bid. The Palisades Interstate Park Commission is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites the submission of proposals from small and minority and women-owned firms, historically underutilized businesses, and certified/registered Section 3 businesses concerns.
