Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, parts, supplies and supervision necessary to build and install an anti-climb security fence around the perimeter of the Stafford County Public Safety Center. Questions from Bidders must be received by Wednesday, July 12, 2023 by 2:00 P.M. prevailing local time Each Bid over $100,000 must be accompanied by (1) Letter of Credit; or (2) a copy of the Cashier's Check or a Certified Check from the Bidder in an amount not less than five percent (5%) The successful Bidder shall furnish a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Sum as security for the faithful performance of this Contract, and also a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%)
