This project involves the modernization two existing electric traction passenger elevators located at 1 South Van Ness Avenue. The scope of work includes replacement and refurbishment of existing equipment, car control panels, lobby fixtures, interior cab finishes, accessibility Barrier removal, electrical, mechanical, and fire protection system modifications associated with the elevator modernization. There is also a bid alternate to modernize an existing electric traction freight elevator CONTRACT DURATION: 550 consecutive calendar days from NTP to Substantial Completion.
