Additionally, the w inning contractor w ill be required to provide Insurance and Performance & Payment Bonds IAW FAR 228-5 & 52.228-15, respectively. Please note this solicitation requires offerors to enter a National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) score in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). The NIST score is required before aw ard. Work must begin before January 1, 2026. This is a material requirement of the contract.
